To include a name of a person on the Misheberach LeCholim list, please submit the form below. Please send an email to office@yibrookline.org with a request to have a name removed, when appropriate.

Each Rosh Chodesh we will refresh the list. Names on the list will be removed, and new names can be added by submitting the form below.
