The needlepoint tapestry shown above, consisted of twelve individual canvases representing each of the twelve tribes. It hung on a side wall of our Synagogue Sanctuary. The designs were based on stained glass windows in a Synagogue in Baltimore, MD. Members of our Sisterhood stitched the canvases over a two year period, and presented the work to the shul on June 14, 1982. Acknowledgments
